congratulations zach daus -_-
1. At the Edison conference I feel that the one thing that did go best for me was the topic order. I felt very confident in the reordering in the topics thus I thought I had a stronger stand.
2.The one thing that frustrated me during conference was that when I did make a comment I was not picked on for a while, possibly decreasing my comment chances.
3.I feel that Germeny did the best in my committee. Germeny was capable of speaking while rarely looking down at her notecards to finish off her speechs.
4. In regards of what I could have done better would be to possibly give more speeches. I beleive that the one thing that I could have done that would of helped me get an award was to put my name on the speakers list more.
5. I learned that I should cacus better. This could of helped me gain more points which would have helped me fill in the lack of points I had due to the minimum amounts of speeches I gave.
1. At the Edison conference I did well in the second topic because I found a sight that had most countries policies for it.
2. What frustrated me was a delegate from another school closed the speakers list right after he spoke before me and then changed it to moderated caucus.
3. I think Djibouti or Ethiopia did best because they both sounded extremely confident like they were telling only facts, even though I knew France made up about half the stuff.
4. I could have given better comments instead of just saying I agree.
5. I learned that one must obtain points quickly to secure an award because you don’t know when the chair will leave.
I spoke a lot. got a lot a good ideas for my next conference. i also got a few #'s so i'm glad. i was frustrated that i didn't score as high as i would of like on a few speeches. Their were two people that i thought did extremely well. The first was extremely loud and would talk over people but not went the chair was looking. the other just was 1 of the best speakers I've ever seen. I could have been more demanding. that was the only real way I could have improved. I learned to be demanding during caucus. that perdy much it.
